About Sally
Sally began her culinary journey at 22 as head cook at a small vegan café in Sydney. Blending her passion for art, design, and creativity, cooking became her outlet for self-expression. Her unique path led her to work with various health food companies as a graphic designer, eventually merging her skills by running restaurants—designing menus and cooking simultaneously. In 2018, she managed the relaunch of a London bar, transforming it into a popular vegan dining spot. Returning to Australia in 2020, she opened Lilium Love Café in Wilsons Creek, where she created the menu and served the Northern Rivers community for four years.
Now, Sally focuses on catering retreats and crafting cookbooks centered on healing foods. As a mother, nourishing herself and her family remains her top priority.
