We offer options for retreats that include tonics, hot beverages, teas, platters, baked goods, warm nourishing meals and high potency snacks. We are northern rivers based but would travel for the right event. We offer vegan, vego or carnivore, gf or non gf menus. Please contact us and we will quote you for your event. Postpartum Meal Service
Our postpartum meal service is a wonderful way to stay nourished in your time of rest. We offer delivery to the northern rivers and prices depend on how much food you would like and your dietary requirements. We can offer as little as one meal a day to 3 meals a day.
